Stopped in from out of town and was really pleased with my chicken katsu bento box dinner. Food came out piping hot, fast, and was plenty for a full belly. Would definitely return.

I am very picky when it comes to my sushi. The sushi was decent but I have had way better at other places. This is small restuarant in a small town. Not a whole lot of seating. There was not wait what so ever. When we ordered the sushi was in front of us in under 5 minutes which kind of scaried me. The prices I felt were a little over priced but from what I have seen in this town/city everything seems over price so that should be expected. But for the quality of the sushi I do not think it was worth the price. I do not think I would come back butbplease make your own opinion.

When I first walked in the restaurant was packed. Almost every single table was occupied! I thought, "awesome, this is going to be amazing!" However, amazing it was not. Imagine the mall Chinese food location got a brick and mortar store...that store would be Wild Ginger. Not bad, not great...just good. Fresh enough to have me consider coming back, but probably not worth the price.
In all, a forgettable location that I might have again. -

While staying in town for work, I saw the reviews for Wild Ginger and decided on this spot for dinner. Its located on a quaint street full of businesses and restaurants. Street parking was easy to find. Upon my arrival, I was instantly greeted and sat even though they were rather busy. I selected the filet mignon (medium) and shrimp hibachi dinner that came with soup, salad and fried rice. The filet was done perfectly and was tender in every bite. The veggies were crisp with just enough sauce for a good flavor. The rice was a bit dry and bland so I focused on everything else on my plate. Service was good and efficient. I will definitely be back in my next visit to Corning.

Excellent food. Huge menu with lots of choices, service was great and our bento boxes came in a short amount of time. Definitely worth it!
